Granny Flat Solutions have done a fantastic job with the build of my parent’s home in my back yard. I have very high standards as my parents (with extremely good eyes to details) are to live there and GFS met every single one of my requests as well as the council’s requirements specific to my site. Wally’s patience, attitude and customer service is second to none to ensure the design and plans are well suited to my parents’s living, the site and my existing Art Deco main residence. The build process largely went smoothly and Michael ensured that his commitment to deliver timely completion was met through good project management and at times, by personally attending the site to resolve issues, whether day, night or weekends. Friends, family and neighbours are amazed at the speed of the construction work and they all voiced that it is not a grannyflat but a real home. Nothing was ever too hard. GFS’s “can do” attitude helped me realise my dream to provide comfortable living to my ageing parents. Thank you Gents again for all your hard work.
