Built behind the ‘bigger’ home on a triangular shaped, sloping, rocky site with narrow access, the project had its challenges from the beginning. From start to finish, through the planning and design process, to build and then handover, each stage was managed in a thoughtful professional way by the entire team at Granny Flat Solutions. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

A special thanks to Tony, the best project manager! He always listened to my requests or concerns and answered them promptly. Tony absolutely understands the importance of keeping on time and on budget – I was kept informed of delays/costs for any unexpected issues well in advance. Always professional and friendly, he managed the construction smoothly, efficiently during these testing COVID19 times and remained positive and flexible throughout…Amazing!

The sales, admin and office staff are so friendly and very helpful. Christian, Sonya, Alessia, Andrea, Anthony, Lisa and Rhodlee always delivered what they promised. If they didn’t have the answer they knew who did and followed up.

The overall experience was great and I have no hesitation in recommending GrannyFlat Solutions.
